ABOUT ME
Hi, I'm Stevie

DOWNTIME
Even though I've been off the ice for a long time, I still enjoy hockey and even got my kid to play for a good part of his youth. I also write and record my own music. You can catch me at First Fridays at the MAC from time to time.

WHERE I COME FROM
I was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, where I attended a performing arts magnet school from 4th to 12th grade. After graduation I attended Wesleyan University in Connecticut where I obtained my BA in Studio Arts. While at Wesleyan I was involved in a cappella, ice hockey, and Alpha Delta Phi Literary Society.

After graduation I had a short stint in the travel industry before pivoting to Information Technology. I taught myself how to work with computers and started my IT career doing Help Desk work for Whole Foods. I worked my way through many levels of technology careers. I am currently a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) Tech Lead. I manage a team of SREs and drive research and development initiatives to evaluate tools and assess their costs for integration into our systems. I also oversee vendor management, ensuring that our partnerships align with business objectives. As a member of the leadership team, I contribute to setting quarterly goals, reviewing financial metrics such as revenue, growth, costs, and earnings, and developing partnerships with external entities.

A THRIVING CAREER
FAMILY
We moved to Milton five years ago looking for good schools and heterogeneous neighborhoods. Our 13 year old spent the last two years of elementary school at Tucker, where we met wonderful families. Our kiddo is now an 8th grader at Pierce, and we have built a strong community here.
